Most of the staff who smoke cigarettes, they smoke outside other offices on the same floor and attend phone calls or have a chat while smoking outside other office. This is clearly a violation of the law and hazardous to every one around. Mostly, anytime at least one person is there outside smoking which belong to the staff of that LG Call Centre.
