I bought an health insurance policy on 08.06.2012. The payment of the premium amounting to rs. 11675 was made vide ref. No. 127594 on 08.06.2012 from max bupa, so customer friendly and efficient insurance company. Since 08.06.2012 I was made to understand that a medical check is required and till date it has not been done inspite of several appointments fixed. My request for refund of the premium too has not been attended. Almost every second or third day an appointment for the medical test is being sought from me, but no body turns up for conducting the same. On friday I received a call from one mr. Arvinder and upon his insistence to go for the policy, I again gave the time slot of 9.00 a.M. To 10 a.M. Yesterday. But as usual I kept on waiting and nobody turned up. now, the height of your customer service is clear from the attitude of mr. Arvinder and ms. Swati. Both of them are not even picking up my phone. Since morning I have tried numerous times.
I am feeling deceived of my hard earned money.
All vigilant citizens are requested not be fall in trap of these type of people, You all could well imagine when they are not able to get the medical done, what type of service they would provide you in future when u r in dire need. These people are working just to siphon out the money from peoples pocket and then put them in hell.
