Dear Sir,
I have taken life insurance policy from Mr Yogesh bankar.
At the time of investment I told him that i want to invest Rs 12000 per annum.
On the basis of good faith i have given cheque which is undated.
And i told him that whenever i have balance in my a/c then i will call u and then you present that cheque.
The cheque is from Himatnagar nagarik Bank.
But he has presented cheque without informing me and cheque got retuned.
Then Mr yogesh went to my wife and he is our neighbour so my wife has given 12000 cash to him.
And he told to my wife that you have to pay Rs 12000 per annum.
Again mr Yogesh called me that he is going to login my policy and you have to pay Rs 12000 per annum.
Now the thing is that he did fraud with me because one day Mr malav Trivedi called me and told me that your policy premiun is due.
when i told him that i have policy in which i have to pay 12000 once in a year.
then he reply and told me you have to pay 12000 half yearly.
Then i surprised and rushed to his office. They have shown me old acknowledgement receip.
But in that Mr yogesh has signed in acknowledgement behalf of me. I told Max life insurance officer that this is not my sign.yogesh has did sign behalf of me.
He also received policy paper behalf of me. And did fraud signed on behalf of me. He received policy paper becaused he has fear that if i will receive that policy paper and read it then i will cancel that policy. They also behave rudely with me as well my wife. As per the behaviour from officer named 1) Yogesh Banker 2) Malav Trivedi 3) Rushiraj Rajput, 4) Vishal Mehata, was really rude with me and laso with my wife. First they took my policy with wrong committment and even not issued policy to me nor my wife.
After doing complian they forced me to withdraw my complain but not in a position to here me properly. Branch Manager Mr. Naimesh Kaneriya promiced me to cancel my policy and refund my amount but unfourtunately he was hospitalised and incharge manager Mr Haresh Pandit met me and promiced to solve my complain.
I dont want my money back but i want justice, why such wrong commitment and rude behaviour happens with me and my wife.
Sir, We have make trust on Max life insurance co, because it is most trusted co.
Now they are not taking my complain. They are not ready to listen my problem.
