Incorrect Patient name updated in their record and refusing for cashless hospitalization

Hi,

I have a valid insurence with ICICI Lombord (MediAssist is TPA) for my father (i am employee of Wipro and took parental insurence) from 01/12 till 11/30.

My father has got heart attack in Jan and MediAssist re-imbursed the amount after deducting 10% of co-pay.

After few check-ups in hospital, doctor suggested to go for Angiogram for my father and i applied for cashless hospitalization for MediAssist.

The MediAssist has denied this cashless, becuase the first claim shows patient name is my names (i.e. employee name instead of my father's name) in their records and they asked me to contact wipro medical help desk. Now, wipro medical help desk is trying to reach MediAssist to get the confirmation.

All the bills and reports were on my fathers name and do not know how they have added my name is as patient's name. Since, the last 3 days they were playing with me even though its their mistake while updating their records.

Is there any way to legally deal with them?
