MedTek is a Medical Transcription company usually take the documents for 2 years, after the empolyee will finish 2 years they extend for 2 more years and will not give the documents back more over do not pay the salary well.
After they will take the documents they will not even pay 4000 per month for almost 1 year. Some of my friends are still working from almost 2 years, they are not even getting 6000 per month.
One my friends swapna has submitted her 10 Mark Sheet and left the company due to health issue. She was under treatment for almost 2 years due to her health problem. The health issue is also because of transcription itself... Now she would like to go for higher studies and asked for the documents. They are not at all accepting to give her the documents back and asking for some money, moreover asking to continue the work without thinking about her health problem. How cruel it is. and she did not sign on any bond.. They are totally money-minded itseems..She did not get the documents from almost 3 years...
Kindly do not believe this company..
