I wanted to share my experience & writing a mail with deep regret and anguish as I had visited along with my mom on dated on 11th March-12 @ 10:30 to your Narayana Hrudayalaya Dental - Bangalore Clinic located at J.P.Nagar 7th Phase, we were completely cheated by paying 7500/- for a 4 tooth simple tooth extraction, However after consulting the explanation was 500*11=5500/- & additional charges of - as 2 doctors were involved, according to me their were not more then 4 tooth’s & few tiny broken pieces which were extracted,
Trust I was a fool for trusting Narayana Hrudayalaya, I really don’t know, what type of price benchmarks are you following. You are literally taking the Indian Customer for a ride without adhering to any price benchmark/standards. I feel your Clinic is just a show piece with high pricing and with no assurance, and is no better than an ordinary dental clinic where there is no trust at all. Please introspect and take necessary action and these things are not repeated. Customers like me will always vouch for over pricing. Time is not far, if you start facing legal action for your pathetic over charges and scant, I am so disappointed that I wasted my time which I could I always consulted from any local competitor were we could have spent 100 to 250/- per tooth extraction. Which are far better then you all, I Only one lesson learnt, if I ever start a place i will maintain complete transparency before fooling any patent for a sure,
Hey they also wanted to add consultation charges of 250/- along with 7500/-, your team is not even aware of current promos & event (Free Dental Check-up for Women from 8th -31st March) However after reminder the answer was don’t worry sir we will take this as a discount given to you
Trust I will never again step in any of your clinics in my dreams!!! Pathetic & Poor Service
I would like the refund which was over charged to me...
I will certainly take this to a next level & will consult legal team on this worst horrifying experience of my life
I don't know whether you will bother about this feedback. But if you have every cared to care for your patrons, I would like to believe that you will respond.
