I have had a very bad experience with the counter boys of the Religare chemist shop in B-8-9, OPP. GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL, VASANT KUNJ. Depsite promises my privilege card was not being transferred from GK M BLOCK Mkt to the said branch. today i.e. 24.11.2012 at 11 am for the 3rd time when i went again to the said branch for buying medicine i was being told that my 20 points (worth 200 rupees) cannot be redeemed since my card has not been yet transferred to this chemist shop. upon requesting innumerable no. of times the counter boy redeemed only 100 points against the purchase of Rs. 285 from the shop. also he told me that no more points are balance in my account. now this is unfair amounting to harassment. you are therefore requested to arrange for redeeming my balance 10 points in the next purchase and inform me about the action taken against the irresponsible and casual behaviour of the counter staff at the said store of yours asap under intimation to me. my privilege card no. is 248930.
