I got a telephone call to my Cell on 16.01.2013 saying that “We are calling from SBI Card, please give the details of your credit card for verification purpose and promotional offers”. After few minutes, I got the SMS for transaction of Rs.6999/- by IVR Cache Mercantile and I surprised without my consent and knowledge, how this transaction has been made. Immediately, I contacted SBI card as well as M/s ivr Cache Mercantile, Noida and requested them to treat this as invalid transaction as it is done without my consent.
Further, it is to mention that M/s Cache Mercantile, Marketing executive collected my SBI Card CVV No. and my DOB in a cheated manner by telling me as they are calling from SBI Card for some promotional offer. This is a very serious matter and attracting to a criminal case. This type of transaction is also spoiling the reputation of SBI Card and inviting to legal complicacies and police complains in future.
In view of the above, it is requested that please treat this transaction as invalid and resolve the issue amicably by refunding the amount to SBI card to avoid further legal complicacies in future and please take befetting action against cheating company M/s Cache Mercantile Pvt Ltd, Noida.
