Non-delivery of goods to the value of 60.00. Not able to contact via e-mail address (un-deliverable). Calcutta Internet

I ordered tablets from this company on the 20th Nov 07, via their web site at a cost of U.K. 60.00.
Delivery was quoted as 24 days, not including week-ends. At the end of this period (18th Dec. 07) I contacted their e-mail help line. The-mail was returned
as un-delivered.
The goods were paid for by Visa and will contact them to report this company.
