XL Pharmacy is a total scam. I ordered three moths ago and still have yet to receive anything but a hard time and foul language from these people.
At first I called when I could not find out if my package had shipped. When I called they told me that my medication was not in stock and would ship in another 3 weeks. When I called back three weeks later they told me that my package had been sent and that there was no tracking number since it was sent by airmail.
I waited a few more weeks and called back again. This time they told me to wait a few weeks for the order to arrive and that they also would send me a free order for the trouble. neither one of those packages has yet to arrive. They actually told me once that the package had been sent back from customs and that they had to reship the order. I never received a letter from homeland security.
I called xl pharmacy several times since and I only get the run around. They tell you to wait one more week. They told me they would give me a refund but it would take some time about a week. Then when I called right back they told me they could not cancel my order as they had previously told me they were doing because I was an arrogant customer and I needed to apologize to them before they would issue my refund.
They also preceeded to tell me they were going to charge my card again. I could not believe this I reported them to every agency and online outlet I could find. I want to see this website get taken off the internet and get shut down for all the money they have stolen from people since 2004.
I never aplogozed to these crooks. Tanya, Damien, Clement, Daniel, Matthew all these people work in the support center and are trained to lie to people that order online and get ripped off. They stall people for three months so that they cannot get a chargeback from the credit card company.
Please do not order from this company.
