I bought indian hair from a co. called shaloo international based in india. originally i was skeptical of sending my money western union. Also to mention they advertise with all the trading companies so i have a filed a complaint there as well. Anyhow i emailed back and forth at length with the owner who assured me his quality was good and i would not have to worry about a return or bad hair. So i sent him over 600.00 us for 1 kilogram of hair which is about 8 packs. When i received the hair i was mortified it was a messs frizzy knotty not even the right color or length i emailed the owner and he tried to persuade me to have the hair colored and conditioned and to keep it let it be known that he had said to me prior to the purchase if everything was not to my satisfaction send the hair back no problem.
This man tried all he could to convince me to keep it that was not happening it was poor quality and everything else was wrong i wanted my moneys worth. I send the hair back UPS paid 120. to send and it has been one excuse after another. First they could not get the package out of customs then he said he paid more than what the hair was worth then he told me it was not his hair now since i told him i was reporting him i have no response. Basically a dishonest co. who had no intentions of refunding or sending me the right order. Very bad business person also the fact that money is needed upfront like that from these overseas companies gives the buyer no protection Shaloo international has over 600.00 of my money and i have nothing to show for it. I suggest caution purchasing from this co
