On 15/04 a sum of 9496/- has been debited vide your transaction No POS 110559926930 and Rs. 6330/- vide POS 110541719900 on the same day. another 2 transactions have been made through the same A/C on 16/04 at the Rs. 383.10/- and 333.10/- vide POS No 110632498731 and POS No 110667250096 respectively. The transactions have not been made by us. Some one made the robery. I am seeking your as well as the Govt's assistance to recover the same as I am facing stern financial robbery. Please inform the status of your action taken on the incident.
