Baggit today
Non refund of money

On 5/12, I chose to order for a watch in baggit today. After confirming the availability, an amount of Rs.848/- 99/- has been deducted from me with a promise that the said item will be delivered in 7-10 days. After the stipulated period, no delivery was made. When called, I was informed that the item was not available and baggit today has been trying to procure the same in 8-15 days time. Since, the very purpose for which the watch was ordered, was defeated, I was left with no other option but to seek refund.

Since 15/12, several contacts were made with Baggit today for the refund. Every time Baggit today promised to refund the amount in 8-10 days. Even after 20 days of order, I am yet to get the refund.

This is clearly showing the way Baggit today has been operating. They simply deceive the customer showing that the item is available, deduct the money immediately and neither deliver the item nor refund the money. It is quite a sorry state of affairs at Baggit today, which propagates itself as the subsidiary of India Today group.

I would like to request all the netizens to take adequate precautions while ordering something from baggit today.
