Hi. I just received a Bouquet for Valentines day through your website and I am completely un impressed by the quality of your service. If you have charged my wife 600rs. for Dutch roses, it is your responsibility to see that the quality of the product delivered to me is at least satisfactory. Who wants a bouquet of half rotten roses for their valentines day and that too delivered by a person who didn t bother to even clean him self up before coming to work. And I suppose a kit kat (as if I care but still) was to be a part of the delivery pack which never happened. Looking at the wrapping of the bouquet it seemed as if the floor somewhere was mopped with it before the delivery was made. I guess you guys would have been better off not making the delivery than doing it in such a condition. Yes I would acknowledge there was a neatly done bow on the bouquet for sure. I do not know how to get in touch with your customer care as they are always busy (the most hard working lot in the world). No I am not always as finicky about the service quality but no where have I received such a pathetic product for the money.
