I had one of the most horrible experience of online shopping, I had ordered a women's perfume and instead of that mens perfume was delivered. I called up the customer care and very rude lady picked up, She told me i"f you are interested you shop with us or else take back your money, I am not your servant, I can't deliver as and when you like". Being a very seasoned online shopper, I started smiling at her immaturity and I told her madam, I am your customer and you have taken my money, it is your responsibility to deliver the right product. But she never heard me and she said do whatever you can do, I am not worried. I said mam, please mind your language I may be forced to go the consumer court, for which she replied do what ever you can.
I am not really bothered that i lost around 600. Whats disappointing is the attitude of the lady. Is there a way we can bring such fraudulent activity into limelight.
