This is the one of the worst experience in online shopping. We bought a universal orchid bluetooth headset which is not even universal it only connects with two nokia and 1 motorola model. There is no actual support for the products only one person picks up all the time and it takes ages to get email response.
OVER ALL it was a very bad experience dealing with EFYBONANZA.
