i am disturb to that type of e-mail . they tell me you win money from lottery but why they ask money to me. for this . tell me what is E-mail piracy of internet to third party? how can they send e-mail to any persone if they don't want receive that mail.

if BBC LOTTERY are true then why they are not give me my respective answer to me.

can i clam them in case of fraud not only BBC LOTTERY but also that type of e-mail sender.

please give me my solution.
