Customer care of the beam broadband is ridiculous i have taken a new connection but the error cumin as limited or no connectivity but when the technical person came he said prob with my sys LAN but i found it to be working good and when i cal the customer care they are so rude on the call instead of understand the customers request they say u can contact the manager and they give address is this the way to respond learn to stand up for your prob one agent says yes sir there is some prob with under sea fibre cables which has been dc from some country and next moment he changes his statement n say we ar nt wrong u formatt ur sys or chk LAN wat the hell are we suppose to understand by that? The sales person says if the prob is from beam broadband end they will repay the money back and now customer care guys says they wont pay back any money please check into this matter on high pripority.
