Worst support people

Hi,

I never faced such a worst situation with any internet provider.

MY BUSINESS STOPPED.

I RAISED COMPLAINT 4 times no body resolved the issue... I Said it is very critical still no use.

My latest ticket No (I got 4 useless ones) 1081053

I am raising CONSUMER COMPLAINT because No body attended the issue.

BSNL is the best i never had any problems even support is very good at patancheru at-least.

BEAM is very bad at service please support to get my money back as i have paid 3300 for 6 month and just 20 days back.

Please do the needful or refund my money back.
