Hello,

I bought a new pc and thought to take the internet connection. I called up all the service providers and asked the time they would take to activate the connection and everbody commited a time of two days. As I have made the enquiry, beam sales person (anwar) came to my house and filled the application and took the installation charge of Rs 500 and monthly fee of Rs 600. That happened on 25th of march. I am still waiting for the connection and its two weeks.

I would call up the beam customer service and my call would get escalated to one of the team leader and they would hang up the call. I spoke to raghav twice. My registered case numbers with the beam are Ticket No:1923418, 1922425, 1917225, 1943070, 1922425, 1901325, 1898725...

What is use of creating ticket numbers or case numbers when the issue is not resolved. They say different reason for the delay...

1, technician is on leave.

2. cable is not there

3, connection box is not there.

4, connection switch is not there.

It was really pathetic and i asked to refund the fee which they have taken on march 25th and they say that i would need to wait for 20 days to get the funds as they would send the check to the account address. I hope i should blame myself for taking connection from beam.

I am writing this as to warn all the people out there who have decided to take the beam connection..
