I have been using Beam Fiber for the last one year, I am very very annoyed with their service. Half of the time there would be no internet connection and when you try to call the customer service, you will have to be on hold for atleast 5 mins before you can speak to anyone. And after speaking with them the only thing they say is that we have registered a compliant, your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Again the same story repeats itself after a couple of days. I want Beam refund my money, as they take the money in advance in the starting part of the month but they don't provide service throughout the month. Atleast 10-12 days in a month I dont have internet connection.
For Everyone who is planning to take a Beam Internet connection, I would like to warn you of very bad service and not at all customer friendly behaviour.
