I, being a customer of Beam Telecom with the Account No : 278356. We have requested for the shifting of connection on 1st April. As per the rules of Beam Telecom, request should be addressed in 5-7 days after requested date. But till date the request has not been addressed by the company even after making repeated calls to the customer care.
Hence, we request the company to shift the connection as soon as possible and the next month billing should have the deduction from 1st april to the date till the connection has been shifted.
