Beam tele
Not activating internet connection

i recently i applied for an internet connection from beam tele in miyapur, hyderabad.

i paid them the money on 20-03.But, i havent heard from them till now.

this is my problem. that executive in my area is not at all responding to me.my account number is 84036.
