This is about Beam Tele, who are advertising all over the city stating they are the best. But I experienced lot of issues and stress because of them and coasted me a lot coz of them. My problems with the started just the day after I paid the required installation charges, The Sales guy was not answering my calls and customer care do not have any information about my connection details. After lot struggle my account was active. However my problems did not end there. Since the 1st month till now, I have been complaining them about the frequent disconnection of Net almost every alternate day.
They never resolved the issue, either the line man comes and checks if net is working that time or they call and ask if my net is working. And even after saying that its working for now and still it gets disconnected very frequently... they just go ahead and close the complaint stating that it has been resolved.
I even wrote to the Nodal officer... still I did not see any action trying to fix the issue.
Last night was way beyond all this. There was no connectivity at all and when I called the local area manager, he said he will be here in about 15mins. I called him back after 30mins, however he was still on the way. He had to come from Ameerpet to Begumpet..which is 15mins travel. Later after an hour, he called me stating that he is at the Server point in my lane and said every thing is fine and net will work. I tried connecting and informed him that it is still not working. Then he said he will inspect the line and call me in 15mins. Then he switched off his phone all night and I tried calling him in the morning and he is still not answering my calls.
I hope this forum helps he teaching this manner less people a good lesson.
