Sir I am Prashanth. bearing mobile number 9705381212 from Hyderabad. i am facing problem of GETTING Internet connection from BEAM TELECOM i am not getting any response from company since last 45 DAYS, the customer service provider is saying there is technical problem will be solved in 1day, but still now the problem is not solved,
This company have taken compete six month rental and installation money from us but so for we have not got connection.
When ever I am calling service people they will not respond properly. they have cheated 3300 Rs.
