From last 50 days i am taking continuous follow up for shifting of my net connection.
As i taken follow up through customer care, area technician and mail ids which are available in official site but my connection is not transferred.
I have mailed more then 12 times to their nodal officers, more then 30 calls to customer care, more then 15 calls to area persons, personally visited home and area branches.
Overall regret to say Beam Tele is worst service provider.
