I have paid money to beam telecom on 22nd March to get a new connection; But still i didn't get the connection. I have been calling to customer care almost everyday; they kept on telling that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs. They are not even giving the exact reason of the problem in issuing the connection. I am wasting my time in calling them daily. I don't have internet connection now at my home to connect to my office network to do my job. Frustrated. Please help.
