Frequent Internet Disconnection and Variable Speed and Change of plans without permission

Hi,

This Is Kumar From Hyderabad. I am running a Internet cafe. from last two years. I am a Customer of Beam Telecom From Last one and Half year with a user Id [email protected]. I am satisfied with their plans but from last two months they have changed their plans without taking the permission from users. I am using 1Mbps Plan for 1500 Per Month. it is unlimited, now the plan changed by them is 4Mbps Plan for the same amount of limited of 25Gb. After Crossing that 25Gb download limit that speed will be reducing to below 1Mbps. This is not at all suitable for net Cafe's why because 25Gb download limit means for net cafe's in one or two days we will use that much about this i have complained number of times but they did not responded properly and they are saying the same thing that after crossing 25Gb Limit plan will be reduced to 1Mbps and low because if they are giving 1Mbps it should be sufficient to me be the net is very slow all of my customers complaining every day so much. it is taking too much time to download 1mb files also so much or sometimes try again. So I am requesting that Beam telecom, Hyderabad should respond to this mail they should give us plans or they should do something better as soon as possible.
