I took the connection on the first of April. I called them up and asked them about the fare usage policy for the Plan BMax-1000 . They clearly stated that there was no fare usage policy applied to my plan. I confirmed it 2-3 times, then I asked whether the speed would be delivered accurately; They promised 90% speed guarantee. The speed according to plan is 2 mbps. I took the connection by taking a 6 months commitment and played them. Now after 15 days, suddenly as message comes saying 25 GB fair usage policy, your speed is now decreased to 786 kbps!!! then I tried calling them, I tried and tried, they cannot be reached through phone! Very bad customer service. Now at the month end, I am getting 128 kbps and less! This is very irritating. Please never take beam, its not worth it and I hope my injustice will be solved. Once again, worst customer service! Never ever take beam.
And see, even online they never mentioned about the 25GB speed breaker for B-Max-1000
