Most of the time there is no internet connection at my home which is promised by beam tele com after i had paid total annual amout for the interner service
but there is no internet connection most of the time in a day 23 hours there will be no internet connection at my home the problem is from 20/092010 i had massage more and call to technical person shiva and call centre numbers
i had massage more than 100 times to the sms no 9959100100
the technical person phone no 9014849148 is alway close
I HAD PAID TOTAL ANNUAL AMOUNT TO BEAM TELE COM
SO I DONT WANT ANY EXCUSES SUCH AS ELECTRICITY IS OFF FROM THE HOUSE WHERE INTERNET SERVER BOX IS FITTED OR ELETRICITY IS OFF IN THE HOUSE WHERE MAIN SERVICE BOX IS FITTED WHICH IS NEAR ZAIQA HOTEL
I HAD PAID TO YOU AND I WANT CONTINIOUS, REGULAR, UNLIMITED SPEED OF 256 KBPS IF NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT WHICH I HAD PAD TO BEAM TELE COM FOR CONTIOUS AND UNLIMTED INTER NET
