My registered mobile with Beam Telecom is 9391354525 and the connection in the name of K. Suresh Babu. I've paid for the connection on 11.12.2010. But till today it is not installed and as per their customer care it shows as installed. I've tried many times for the executive who collected the amount but he is not responding to my call. I am continously calling the customer care they are saying that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs., but till today it is not solved. I've asked for refund but they are not giving it. Neither the collection executive nor the techinician are giving their mobile. We have to call the customer care. But there is no use. Beam Telecom is cheating people. They must be punished.
