Delay process of internet connection

Dear Sir,

This is Srinivas from Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh.

I have chosen internet connection of 'Beam telecom' i was applied on 12-06 and paid amount Rs.2, 300/- they given me commitment date of 27-06 till i am calling customer care every alternate days which after my commitment date, every time i am getting same message like "Please allow us some time to address your complaint our team will ensure fastest possible action." and i was request them to return of my money and i want to with draw the connection hence they avoiding me and convincing me to wait some time to get the connection. i all ready waited 1 month, again i don't have the patience to wait so kindly i am requesting you please help me out and do the need full justice.
