I have been using Beam telecom services for past 1.5 years. But since 3 months I am facing frequent disconnections. I have lodged so many complaints and escalated to their nodal officer and appellate authority, but still they close the request immediately by giving temporary solution. Everytime they close the request even without my confirmation. I have asked them to observe the connectivity for 10-15 days continuously so that they can provide permanent solution. But they do not understand my problem and close the request immediately. Also their customer care staff disconnects the phone without listening to my problem.
