Sir, I have taken Net Connection one month back from Beem Telecom. It is a limited plan that is I can use upto 4 GB, if I use more than that then I have to pay more. I have given 2 months advance money to them which is around 1750rs. I was complaining them that I am not able to acces the Net. Nobody comes to me for the correction of the internet. I complaint it for whole month for the correction of the internet. They charged me for more usage of net connection. Sir I am a student, I need your help. plz help me.
