ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE FROM BSNL

I have booked for broadband service with landline facility on 16th of April in my wife's name V.N.Anuradha at Vidyaranyapura Branch, Bangalore 560097. The order no allotted is 87029716.

So for we have personally contacted that office many times, but they have not responded to our request at all, When we try to contact them over phone no 080 2364888, it will either be engaged or even if it rings no body picks the call.

We are really fedup with BSNL poor srevice and attitude.
