I m using Reliance broadband service for past four months, i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 2-3 days to recover. Since I am running a share trading firm, the connection lossing effects our business severly. Now our network connection has lost and the phone is also not working. So I can't call cust-care. So i called the calicut city service engineer directly and told my problem. he said they are repairing .today is third day nobody has came here and till i am waiting for cannection .you know i lost three days bussiness. If you continue to behave like irresponcible manner, it will be very difficult for me to continue this broadband. I herd your customer are service is very punctual and that is why I have taken this connection but now I am very disappointed.
