I got reply from Just Dial. Ms. Arpita Pandy called me and talked very rudely on phone. "As I think she don't know how to talk to customer." As I am again reminding JUST DIAL that I am not your employee. I have been harassed from 1 year.
After this phone call I got a mail from Arpita Pandey. According to details send by her I got only 234 leads in a year and Copy of contract which they got says that contract was for 1/2 year.
My Contract Copy (Carbon copy of original) says 2 years and original copy with just dial says 1/2 year. I have paid for 2 years. So Isn't it fraud. What you will say fraud or mistake.
Arpita's have written in email :
"Chandigarh Listing Signed for 2 Yrs:-As checked, we have recd Rs.2500/- (incl tax) on 01.11. initially for 6 months (Contract Signed for 1/2 months i.e. 6 months), then again we have recd the amount of Rs. 4000/- (incl tax) on 30.11.2007 & Rs. 2490/- on 29.12. with this regards we have extended your contract from 6 months to 1 Yr under Chandigarh city. Further, as checked we have given you total 234 leads altogether from our telephonic / web services under this Listing."
I haven't got any intimation of half year contract. Amount was given in 3 PDC'S as aproved by justdial.
1/11 - 2500/-
30/11 - 4000/-
29/12 - 2490/-
Total - %%_
8990/- (Incl. Tax)

I initially it was for half year then why 2 years in my Contract Copy. After getting rest amount where is intimation of renewal. If 2500/- is for six months then 6490/- for next six months.
Coming to next fraud. I signed a contract of punjab listing. I got zero response. They said that you will get 100% responce. Now Arpita's Email Says
" Punjab Listing for 1 Yr:- As checked, we have again recd as sum of Rs. 9000/- (incl tax), paid Cash in Oct for Punjab Cities i.e. Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala & Gurdaspur for 1Yr Listing. And from the contract signed, we have not given any leads to you due to no approach from the caller in the particular category / city, which please note that we are the services provide where we are Totally based on callers approach."
Oct - 2008 I paid 9000/-
Now is that fraud or they failed in their commitment.
Amount Paid for Yellow pages:- Recd a sum of Rs. 8000/- on 12.06.2008 for YP add. Please note that the amount paid by you is with us, whenever we will be publishing our add for Chandigarh city, surly you will be benefitted for the same. But till date No yellow pages printed.
SO main topic is that I need refund for :
Chandigarh Listing & 8990/-
Punjab Listing & 9000/-
Yellow Pages & 8000/-
