Dear Sir

I purchased the Black berry Storm 9530 from Naaptol against po no 2702538 dated 25/10 for New Mobile But They send the mobile second hand which was used earlier now it is not working properly and the screen also not working battery is not charging and all the function are not working

i called the customer care at Naaptol they are asking that it will be replaced but still no satisfactory reply form the Naptol

Please help me
