Amount deducted from acount but no ticket

Today evening I have booked ticket for 3idiots for 27-12 morning show, got 4 SMS that your payment for 3idiots is failed but when I have checked my account amount was deducted then I tried their customer care more then 10 times but they are having very good recording music which is always get stuck on either 40 min or 35 min insort not accessible. gr8 thing about them is their policy which they have given on their site i.e.

so you can not blame them also. Nice way to make money (Customer care not accessible & their policy).

Kindly take strict action so as to get the proper refund and for the trouble caused by the company
