this is sunita kanchan from indore . sir i have taken ur 499 unlimited free excess plan with free 100 call by Mr. Amrish who is sells executive in Metro Tower. he said to me that he is activating 499 plan on my no. in which i will get 100 free calls and unlimited excess 2gb downloading, i activate my connection on 16-mar and bill date is 22 & 23, . i asked to him if i will activate this plan on 16-mar then what is the bill amount on 22-mar, then he said to me that at about 17rs per day toatal at about rs110-rs120. but i get at about rs1356 on 22mar, i gave to mr. Amrish 750rs advanced, and according to ur cust care i will have to pay rs 606 for the monthe of march it means for seven days. And for the april month i will have to pay rs above 8000. sorry sir i can't pay this amount because this is not my mistake. today i call on ur customer care no. i am not sure about the name of executive but i call on 7:33 pm . u can check that who received my call . he is not ready to listen my problem and disconnected my call . when i call on customer care no. the the lead officer Mr. Shashi Wardhan Singh Parmar is also present in my house, because he was in visit. And he advised me to maill my problem on this website so plz do needfull. because i am not satisfied with ur services and customer care executiveu and Mr. Amrish. And Amrish has created this problem because Due to
Amrish mistake i am in suffreing. and my humble request to u plz disconnect my connection.
And i gave advance rs 750. and bill amount for the mont of april connection amout rs449 50service tax 80antivires charge for the month of march max amount rs 120 = 750. it means i will not give any amount& plz disconnect my connection . my no is 9329865507 & 9713203061 . plz contact on this no after 5PM. on this number.
