I am staying in Cox town, i have applied for transfer of broadband connection more than a month back. Due to system upgradation and something i was with in 20days, my connection will get activted.it been moret than 35 days and there seems to beno response. Each time when i ask about the same they will give another Request number saying that connection willbe activcated in another 22days, i already got 3 request number for the same purpose.i.e.22 22 22 days, 22 days for each request... is this how you respond to issues.
I am appending the mails i have shared with airtel for this transfer below (start from down), you will see 3 different req. No: is this the way of delaying things...
