From 1 week broband connection is not activated

Dear Sir,

My phone no. is 0251 2320644. I have received broaband modem last week but till today it is not activeted.

We submit complint by phone & by personly visiting to office also. But no is serious about it.

Kindly send a person from your office to activt it.
