I have purchased 3g from bsnl for the speed and the unlimited data download option. effective yesterday (March 15) my speed has been reduced to 40kbps. BSNL site has no customer care number for 3g nor does it have any email address to write a complaint to. i am paying 1350 taxes per month. my speed used to be over 200 kbps, now it has reduced to 40kbps. my bsnl 3g sim number is 9445563558 and i can be reached at 9003235566.
please help me sort this problem out
