BSNL 3G DATA CARD
SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEED

Dear Sir,

Have purchased a Micromax MMX 300G Data Card from BSNL with a 3g sim of the current Rs606 plan. The problem is that the network signal keeps on fluctuating between 3-4 bars and for downloading the speed hardly reaches 120KBps. I stay in RameswarPatna area which is near to the Old town in Bhubaneswar. I had the impression that BSNL will be the best service provider but it isn't. Please help me out in this regard.
