My name is Kallok Kr. Dey. My BSNL 3G Service connection [i.e. 3G mobile no.] is 9475523848. After I recharged Rs. 1102.00, I was sent a message that reads:
'You have received prepaid credit of Rs.1102 from no.279652 on 28/01 at 08:15:01 PM and your account valid till 24/08 Ref No.543172729
Time: 28/01 20:12:06 '
But unfortunate thing is this still I am not having the service as promised. Many a times I phoned to the customer care of BSNL but no effective result. Last time they showed piety upon me telling the complaint number which is 6751813.
Now what is left to me - just sit idle and I shall have to believe that an esteemed organisation like BSNL has adopted the custom of cheating their customers this way. And there is none to stop them!
