My BSNL Broadband connection is not working for more than last 15 days, and I have complaint for more then 5 times. One response I always get from the BSNL is that it will be fine tomorrow..and so on!! I use my connection just for internet purpose only then why should I pay for the full month when I havn't used it for more than a month. Am I wrong?
Also at the time of taking the connection in Jan'12, the person who came from BSNL for setup and installation didn't did his job correctly and just installed it so and so. I was not able to use my wifi modem with any other computer but only with the system he used for installation. That also I have complained many times to correct it but it is not resolved till yet. I am really pissed off..!!
