I requested to cancel my broadband connection on Nov 5 and submitted modem and phone instrument that day itself. I was told that I'll get the deposit amount within 2 weeks, but I havn't got anything. I have called customer care they are not helping just saying go to the office. After trying very hard got accout office no, but they dont pick their phone.
This is horrible and I won't take any service from BSNL in my entire life.
