Egarding new connection

I bikram kabra had requested for a new broadband connection and the sales team person contacted me and take my booking . my booking was done on 24/12 as for new line booking with category n-oyt-gnl has been regestered vide work order number 4301153. but till now no one has reported for the connection. where should i place complaint.
