Dear Sir,
I put a request on 2nd of September to shift my land line and broadband from Koramangala, Bangalore to Sarjapur road,
Bangalore. After struggle for a month and numerous visit to BSNL office of Sarjapur road, last week only I got my land line shifted.
Though they promised to shift my broadband within 2 days, but it's been more then a week I am still waiting for my broadband to be
activated. I have already visited BSNL office but non of the staff is entertaining my complain rather they have given me a number 080-
25741300 to log my complain. I have called at least 100 times to the number without success. It's a hight of corruption in Sarjapura
office. If anyone turn up to office with complain they don't entertain rather give a number and when try calling that number no one picks
up the call. It's a pathetic situation in BSNL office.
Considering it as a last option I am mailing you for help and to take some corrective action.
Hope I won't be disappointed.
