I have a BSNL Broadband connection.
Internet is not working from past 10 days.
We had given the complaint over phone.
I did not get any reference /token number for the complaint also.
It feels bad, that I have to pay for the whole month, even though Intenet does not work for almost half of the month.
Please resolve.
